Our vision: To be the premier neighborhood bakery in Madison. We want to be your go-to bakery for artisanal breads and authentic pastry.

Our pastry team, lead by pastry chef, Lauren Carter, has been blending butter and flour into magic for years. Lauren worked at L'Etoile here in Madison as a pastry-chef and returned to Madison after a year as a baker in Seattle at North Hill Bakery. She uses traditional French recipes and a few from her mom!
